
Guidelines: What to expect...
Class Times:
Public Classes start at 9:00am and finish at 5:00pm with a 1 hour break for
lunch and occasional breaks throughout class. Please arrive 15 min prior to
class for final paperwork.
Webinars are two hours in length and begin based on a time code specified in the course listing. We went with the time code system to avoid time zone confusion. Just look upthe beginning and ending times in the time zone column that refers to your location. Please log into the seminar 10 minutes prior to start, and be sure not to miss the test log in before seminar day.
Food:
CQ does not provide lunch at our public courses, but we do offer some small
snacks and beverages at breaks.
Facilities:
We hunt around to find the most comfortable facilities for our students. As
soon as we decide on the training site, we make links available from our Locations
page for important information, like address,
directions, etc. If you need the information sooner to complete your agency
paperwork, contact us. We
will let you know which site we have in mind.
Registration Confirmation:
You will be notified via your choice of e-mail or fax when your registration
form is processed and when the payment is received. This notice will have
important information regarding your class and location. The registration
is not complete and your space is not reserved until payment is received.
If you do not receive a confirmation notice within 24 hrs of faxing your registration
form, please contact us via e-mail
or phone (925-824-3122). Please bring your confirmation notice with you to
class.
Payment:
Payment includes the tuition and all materials necessary for the class. No
surprise expenses for books, etc.
Important: Payment must be received before the start of class. If payment was not made by your agency in time, the student will be asked to provide payment at the start of class that we will hold for 30 days until the agency check arrives. This personal guarantee must be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. The student will be notified when agency money arrives or when the personal guarantee is deposited. If the personal guarantee is deposited, the participant will be issued a receipt.
