CQ Question and Answer Interactive Training Session

This online seminar is an interactive question and answer session. We currently offer sessions for ArcGIS, Crystal Reports and ArcView 3.X. Participants submit questions for us to answer and are contacted with an invitation to join the seminar at a given time to see the answer demonstrated. Participants are allowed to stay for part of the session or the entire session depending on their interest. Outlines for the session will be e-mailed to the participants the day before the meeting.

Topics: ArcGIS - ArcView 3.X, 8.X, 9.X, Spatial Analyst, Crystal Reports, et cetera.

Tuition: Tuition for this course is $35 and must be paid in advance to secure a place in the webinar. Tuition includes instruction and a $10 nonrefundable data processing fee. The tuition is on a per-person basis. Participants are on their honor to have only one person per tuition and per internet terminal.

Requirements: The student is required to have some experience with the software issues they are inquiring about. Each participant should have a pencil or pen with a notebook handy for note-taking. It is up to the participant to make certain he or she can access the seminar website prior to the webinar scheduled time. When we confirm your registration, we will provide instructions and a test time for you to check your connection. We suggest having an IT person handy in case local administrator privileges are required. It is rare that someone would be unable to attend due to technical issues. If we cannot get this working for you, we will ask you if you would like to hang onto the registration and have your question answered in another manner. If you would prefer to cancel due to the unresolvable technical issues, we will refund your registration in full. On Seminar day, please log into the webinar 10 minutes prior to start time to allow for any last-minute adjustments.
