Crystal Reports: Basic Overview and Introduction

This two-hour, online, instructor-led, interactive seminar provides a basic overview of Crystal Reports and how it can be used in a law enforcement setting. You most likely have a copy of Crystal Reports on your computer, but maybe you are not sure if it is worth your while to learn the application. This webinar seeks to answer the fundamental questions of: "What is this software and why do I care?"

Tuition: Tuition for this course is $45 and must be paid in advance to secure a place in the webinar. Tuition includes instruction and a $10 nonrefundable data processing fee. The tuition is on a per-person basis. Participants are on their honor to have only one person per tuition and per internet terminal.

Requirements: The student is required to have some experience with Crystal Reports and should have some familiarity with creating a blank report and working in the database expert connection window. Each student should have a pencil or pen with a notebook handy for note-taking. It is up to the participant to make certain he or she can access the seminar website prior to the webinar scheduled time. When we confirm your registration, we will provide instructions and a test time for you to check your connection. We suggest having an IT person handy in case local administrator privileges are required. It is rare that someone would be unable to attend due to technical issues. If we cannot get this working for you, a full and complete refund will be issued. On Seminar day, please log into the webinar 10 minutes prior to start time to allow for any last-minute adjustments.
