An Explanation of Webinar Times
Each of our CQ Webinar courses has a time code assigned to it. Here's a little bit of history to explain how we ended up with the codes we have. At first, we tried using straight up times, but we found that the time zone differences made times very difficult to communicate. So then...we went with a numbering system with an A and a B to indicate starting and stopping times. That seemed even more confusing. Next, we tried sticking with the numbered codes and using a range instead of starting and stopping times. However, we realized that the codes are hard to read a quick glance. We really wanted our codes to be more intuitive...so we decided to try to break the day up into three sections: Morning, Afternoon and Evening. Within each of these sections, we defined five two hour segments, numbered one through five. But this still was too difficult to follow.
So here we are now, and we are hoping that this will be the answer we have been looking for. We have three time codes I, II and III that are defined in the following table. You can use this table to find when class starts in your time zone.
Thank you very much for your feedback, support and patience as we try to improve our processes. Please let us know how it goes and if there is anything we can do to make life even easier yet!
